Masia Bella Vista can sleep 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, each one beautifully decorated with its own unique theme and configures as follows;

Bedroom 1 – Spacious master suite with double wardrobe, desk with TV & air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 – Twin Bedroom with built-in wardrobes & en-suite.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes & en-suite.
Bedroom 4 – Ground Floor – twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes & en-suite.
Bedroom 5 – Ground Floor – single bedroom with en-suite.
Bedroom 6 – Separate annex with double & single beds & en-suite.

Bathrooms

There are 6 bathrooms configured as follows;

Bathroom 1 – En-suite to master suite with bath, shower, washbasin & toilet.
Bathroom 2 to 6 – En-suites to other bedrooms with walk in shower, bidet, toilet & washbasin.
Toilet – toilet and washbasin located by the kitchen.

There is also an additional toilet and shower by pool area.

INTERIOR

Masia Bella Vista offers 350 m2 of beautifully restored living space arranged over 2 floors and comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. 

The masia is entered through impressive rustic doors into a spacious open plan living / dining area with beautiful high ceilings and restored original polished wooden beams. The living room area has a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchairs, wood burning stove and TV. There are double doors providing direct access out to the gardens and pool area.  Attached to the lounge is a dining area with a large rustic table with seating for up to 8 guests.

The contemporary style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (nespresso), toaster and all utensils required to make it home from home. The kitchen also has a small dining table with additional seating for 6 guests.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

The centrepiece of the gardens at Masia Bella Vista has to be the wonderful 13m x 5m infinity swimming pool with a beautiful back drop of the rolling hills of the Penedes wine region. 

There are lush, flat lawned areas surrounding the pool and providing plenty of space for sunbathing or for the children to play. Sun loungers and other seating are provided.

One great feature of the outside space is that the pool and lawns are surrounded on three sides by the house with the other side facing vineyards. This means that guests have total privacy when relaxing in the pool and garden. 

There are two separate covered terraces at each end of the house, both overlook the pool area and enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding vineyards. One has a large teak dining table with seating for 12 guests, providing the perfect place for al-fresco dining at any time of the day. The second terrace has comfortable lounge seating and is the ideal space in which to relax with a drink after a hard day in the pool. 

THINGS TO DO

Guests will love spending lazy days and fun evenings at Masia Bella Vista but there is a lot to experience and enjoy in the local area if you can drag yourself away. The house is part of an award winning wine making estate and so wine tasting and tours are literally right on the doorstep. There is also a conveniently located restaurant in the village that is open for lunch and dinner on most days.

The bustling seaside town of Sitges is just a 15-minute drive away. Sitges has just about everything you need on a holiday: sandy beaches, cool bars, quality restaurants, fashionable boutiques, festivals, fireworks, culture, nightlife and élan. 

Why not visit a local winery such as Torres, Finca Viladellops or Torre del Veguer? The legendary Cava Houses of Freixenet and Cordoniu are not too far away and offer fascinating and insightful tours.

The wonderful cosmopolitan city of Barcelona with its world-class attractions is a 45-minute drive and can also be easily reached by train or bus.

For those looking for more energetic distractions the nearby Mediterranean coast with its golden sandy beaches and numerous marinas offers unlimited opportunities for water based sports and boat rentals. The house also has direct access to the Garraf Natural Park providing hundreds of kilometres of fantastic hiking and mountain bike trails right on your doorstep. There is a tennis club in the nearest town and several good golf courses in the area.

There is a choice of theme parks and attractions within an hour or so drive including Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe.
